For any questions you have, there is an experienced eMentor at the end of a computer waiting to help you. Between 8am and 8pm weekdays, you can use the live Coaching service; this allows you to talk to an eMentor in real time; it’s a bit like MSN or a private chat room. You don’t need an appointment to use this service; our Coaches will help you for as little or as long as it takes.
